You will really like the location of my houses for the views, location, atmosphere that many families love. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers and families (with children).
It is in an urbanization / complex with beautiful gardens, sports facilities and 4 swimming pools (open from March 22 to October 30) that can be used by all tenants. During the
summer months, every pool has a lifeguard who provides security. There are also offers in the complex for aquagym and other activities. The facility is a closed area where no cars drive and the
children can play in peace. The pools can only be entered with a coded chip, so that the children can move freely in the whole area and the parents can be completely reassured. There is an access
code on the doors towards the beach so that you can return to the resort without a key at any time.
The location is perfect: it is just 200 meters from the beach (blue flag, awarded by the Valencian Community) and 15 minutes from Alicante airport. It is also very close to a restaurant center.
You have small shops nearby and can take a tourist train that will take you to a mall where supermarkets are located. There is no need for a car. In the complex there is a Spanish restaurant,
where you can get fresh rolls in the morning or pre-order paella. There you can sit very relaxed with a view over the beautiful grounds and the main pool.
In the foreground of the complex is the Clot de Galvani (nature reserve), ideal for hiking and cycling. Behind it is the fine sandy beach.
Guests always have our attention because we are in the same urbanization so we can answer any questions or help them in any way at any time.
It is a quiet, beautiful and ideal neighborhood, with everything nearby, beaches, parks, supermarkets, restaurants and Wi-Fi zone in the urbanization.
You can park your car on the street and just one street away is the bus stop to downtown Alicante and Santa Pola. There is also a train to take you to the supermarkets and shopping center in the
area.

Of course, the houses have air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi and satellite TV in all languages. 2 Flatscreen TV's are available. One big one in the living room and one smaller one in the master
bedroom.
If something is missing in the house, we will get it immediately. There is also the possibility to get travel cots or child chairs. There are no problems with us. There are solutions for
everything and we are always available.
We want to give you a hassle-free, relaxing holiday and hope that you love it there the way we do, too and always want to return.

The extra room with bath on the roof must be specially booked.
Of course, the terrace is usable independently of the rent of the room.
